Positive: I would have to say, I really don't want to share this little piece of heaven so that we can return anytime we like 😁 Wow wow wow Our greeting was warm and friendly. Leanne is such a lovely host. Rod will entertain you with some amazing history of the area.. They are happy to chat or if you want your privacy, thats ok too. The apartment is amazing. Loads of room for 2. If you are going with family or friends there are another 3 bedrooms and a bathroom but we didn't see them as we stayed in the 1 room with bathroom kitchen and lounge. Waking up at sunrise to the most amazing view out of the lounge window. Green grass then lake king and a sunrise to top it off. Then the breakfast, supplied was fresh milk, eggs, bacon, bread, butter, yoghurt, Vegemite, jam and loads of other goodies, plus coffee machine and pods. All the utensils you need. Double sided shower large bathroom. Comfy couch , a bookcase filled with lots of great reading for anyone who prefers sitting back with a glass of red on the deck. Or sitting by the lake there is a fire pit and some chairs surrounded by little lights. Separate entrance was easy. And most of all it's pet friendly and I mean it is really pet friendly, not like those who say they are and then give you a list of rules for and against. Our 12 yr old puppy was greeted with open arms. You are welcome to walk the grass, be happy and enjoy. The area is great for boating, fishing, walking, or just to get away. If you look around the neighbourhood you might find some home made jams or chutney. Even a hutch with fruit and veg grown by the locals for a few $ each . Amazing, so many things to do and see. Positive: Just an amazing place to stay, very clean and comfortable. It was so good, we decided to stay in each night and have dinner rather than head into town. The breakfast supplies were great and especially a packet to dark choc Tim Tams to have with a tea. The location is quite something to experience and we would definitely like to come back to explore more in the area.

Positive: A clean and comfortable house with beautiful views and everything you could need for the stay. The hostess was very friendly and made us feel welcome, offering a generous breakfast spread for our mornings. Location is very close to fishing spots, so I had a happy hubby. Our two dogs loved their stay too!

Positive: The property is well maintained and equipped with everything you would need for a short getaway. The quick and easy breakfast items was a kind and convenient touch. The house is located in a quiet and peaceful area, right on the water, so great for kayaking, fishing or peaceful mornings sipping on coffee near the water's edge. Our two dogs stayed with us too - extra bonus!
Negative: The property is attached to the hosts' house, so we were extra mindful of making any noise or letting our dogs run a muck, to avoid disturbing their peace. We only saw the host at the beginning and end of our stay - she was very friendly and welcoming. Being in close proximity to hosts is never a concern for us, but something to be mindful of it is a concern for you.
